Magnesium Caps 500mg, 270 Vegetarian Capsules

This supplement was recommended by my doctor. The capsule is large, but easy to swallow and tasteless. I take one at night before bed. It puts me right to sleep. And it also works as a laxative in the morning. I recommend this product, however strongly caution the amount you take.

Good value for most people.

I was extremely tired almost every day at work and one of my coworkers suggested I start using magnesium. He told me about this one specifically because normally I would only sleep 4 hours a night at most. I would wake up every night and unable to go back to sleep. I started taking these. I still wake up in the middle of the night to run to the bathroom but I go right back to sleep like nothing happened. My energy at work has been so much better. I absolutely love these. I noticed they work instantly a lot other take longer before you can see the benefits.

I specifically bought these Magnesium capsules because I had some labs come back in December that showed my cholesterol was elevated. I began eating healthier and exercising harder, but added the magnesium. I noticed that I was more "regular". I had no idea if it was helping my blood combined with the lifestyle changes I had made. I went for follow up lab tests in March and my cholesterol lowered almost 100 points. I was so happy (and so was my Dr.) I will continue taking these and even ordered some for my dad, as his cholesterol is high too. He is taking a statin, but his numbers lowered over 200 points. I am sure that I must have been lacking enough Magnesium before, because I feel so much better!
