What a great product for a reasonable price! So easy to put together, a good looking no-nonsense luggage rack. It fits under the bed when not in use as it folds up nicely. Our guest room feels welcoming and complete now!

I love these. When we have guests, they provide a way for them to lay their suitcase out for easy access. Also, we have found that most hotels either don't have suitcase stands or at most only one. They fold up so we can take them in the car on trips and use them in hotel rooms and in friends' guest rooms. They are sturdy and portable.

I am having three guests in my home for a week around Thanksgiving, and decided that I needed to provide suitcase stands/racks in my guest bedrooms. I don't get many overnight guests in my home, so I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money. These Songmics stands serve that purpose and were not too expensive ($48 for two of them). Installation was fairly straightforward, although the assembly instructions were inadequate in that they consisted of pictures only - no narrative instructions whatsoever. I had to figure out a couple things myself to put the stands together properly. The overall quality of the stands is decent but not the best. One of the included screws was manufactured incorrectly and I had to find a replacement from my personal collection of screws. Fortunately, I found one that worked. I also had to file some metal burrs off on the inside of a pre-drilled hole in one of the tubes to permit the leg to be inserted in the tube. Clearly, quality control was not the greatest in the manufacturing process. Despite these unexpected problems, I was able to assemble both stands in less than an hour. I was quite pleased with the assembled product, which is sufficiently sturdy and visually acceptable. I tested both stands by placing my large suitcase on them -- the suitcase fit well and the stands did not move when I opened and closed the suitcase several times. I am satisfied with these suitcase stands and I think my guests will appreciate them.

These are exactly as they appear; the same type racks you would find in a motel room. We put them in our guest house. They are stur dy, yet fold up to be stored out of sight when needed. Assembly is simple, they come together with just a few bolts and wrench tools that are included. I would purchase these again.

We bought these for our guest bedrooms for when we have company. They are perfect. Some assembly required.

These were such a simple add to the guest room but make it feel way more put together. Easy to assemble, great price, and I love the gray instead of the usual black. Looks a little more intentional and less “hotel leftover.” Guests actually notice them, which tells you everything.

Love these luggage racks! Unfortunately, one of the tubes was dented in and the other end would not fit. I took some pliers straighten it out and then the other one fit without issue. I will give a hint to make the assembly easier that the instructions don't show and that is that the hole where the legs intersect have a hole that is flat drilled and the other side has a hole with a divot. The flat drilled holes face each other with the washer in between while the divot holes are in the inner and outer sides. I hope the pics help.

We have a couple types of chrome luggage racks from this site - ones with backs and ones without. They have all come fully assembled and have worked perfectly over the short and long term. We wanted black so tried this but the color and the price are the only pros. Cons: You have to assemble and hardware doesn't sit flush. Feet are oversized for tubing. Feet hit each other when folding. Straps are fastened crookedly and had strings we needed to cut. Looks and feels flimsy. We're keeping it but will never order again. Update 2 weeks later: Company emailed me and refunded a significant amount of the price. I added a star because they have really good customer service. Also, I used the rack myself this weekend and its sturdy and working fine. Also, a friend complimented the nice black color. And, to be fair, this is a very reasonably priced product and the only simple black one I have seen. The other racks I have cost twice as much each!
