Excellent product.
Just purchased and it is as good as described for flavor, texture, blending easily. As an aside, I am puzzled by the printing on the side of the jar saying "Superfood." It has "0 mg" listed for Vit D and calcium, 0.1 mg iron, 20 mg potassium, no fiber, no protein, 1 gm carbohydrate, and 1.5 g fat. Now, I am not sure where the nutrition comes from for it being a "Superfood." Also as for availability, when I just went to see about ordering more and although I just received this shipment at a local Amazon Pickup Location, I now encounter this message: Sorry, this item is not eligible for delivery to an Amazon Pickup Location. Fortunately, KOS has a great discount when subscribing directly from them. Good product if you can have it shipped where you can access it.

NO Malto Garbage, Just Delicious Coconut Powder!!
You see, I've been buying coconut milk in liquid form for years. I love it in my herb tea and smoothies, etc. Recently, my brain awoke to the fact that I was paying good money for water. So I went looking for a powdered version. Finally, I found a good one! Oh, I'm relatively certain there are others, but I took a chance and was rewarded! I had bought another brand of organic coconut milk powder and neglected to read the fine print on the ingredients label where it listed maltodextrin. When I saw that, I threw the entire bag in the trash and the hunt began, again. The KOS product lists coconut milk powder as the ONLY ingredient. That's the answer for which I was looking, so I ordered it. As warned, it was a bit clumpy. When I broke up the largest clumps with my fingers, they felt moist and creamy, even though they were dry. That told me what I wanted to know. This was the real stuff! Okay, but what about the lumps? I dumped about a cup at a time into my flour sifter and cranked the handle a few times. Voila! The sifted powder came out soft and fluffy with no lumps. After sifting the entire contents, I refilled the container and have found no lumps forming after a couple of days. We'll see how it goes long term. A few lumps is not a big deal for me with this product because I use a hand frother which quickly takes care of any lumps. One of the differences between the product I originally bought and the KOS product, is the quantity in the container and the recommended serving size. A reviewer commented about the slightly smaller container size. But then I looked at the serving size. Oh yeah, there it is! The product I threw out recommended 6 grams where the KOS only suggests 2 grams. The KOS product was rich and flavorful with only a third required. Yay!! Again, there are probably coconut milk powders that are just as good and without the wretched maltodextrin garbage, but I found this one and it fills the bill perfectly and deliciously. Very, very happy!!!

Love the flavor - but hard to mix into liquids
I'm really trying to change my coffee creamer - as most are just plain bad for you (clog up your cells with bad fats and toxins) - with the exception of organic full fat cream, but I don't do dairy. I really like the KOS brand and most of their products and love their pea protein powder blends! (OMG peanut butter chocolate - is like liquid Reese's). And I've tried this Organic Coconut Milk Powder when at my daughters and I do love the flavor on its own. But mix in coffee it takes a ton of it to get a good creamy flavor and I have to sweeten it with stevia to get that coffee creamer effect. But this powder doesn't mix well, at all. Luckily, I have a hand milk frother that gets this mixed in and adds a little foam on the top of my coffee. One trick that really helps this blend even better and helps make a little more foam, is adding coconut oil or cream to your coffee. So, I started making Bullet Proof Coffee with coconut oil (without the butter) and adding grass-fed beef collagen. Nice mix and I find it filling and a great replacement to my mid-morning coffee and creamer. I start the day with just black coffee, and then have the Bullet Proof Coffee as a pre-breakfast, or breakfast - depending on the day. So, I have managed to kick the standard coffee creamer habit all together now. But I have moved on to using coconut cream concentrate instead of the KOS coconut milk powder, I just feel the cream is a more natural form and less processed, and I love it even more. I use coconut oil and coconut cream concentrate from Tropical Traditions - the cleanest made on the market.

Great product and versatile
I was very pleased with the product, has an excellent taste and dissolves very well. I have also used it as a powder coating for fruit, meals, etc.

Absolutely delicious!
It's got such a subtle coconut flavor that really makes a great cup of coffee even better. I'll be ordering this again and again.

Good product but it does not mix well in the hot beverage
It tastes fine; however I prefer coconut milk over the coconut powder because it did not mix into my hot tea or hot coffee. I put my drink am mixer so that all the lumps would go away. It is surely much healthier than consuming coffee mate, however in terms of taste and the ability to mix it in tea or coffee is better when you just use the coconut milk. In terms of price, I find this product rather expensive, especially when considering the amount of coconut milk powder you get. But the product is not bad.

ok over all
Tastes fresh, but there's not much coconut flavor or aroma in this, unlike what I usually buy from other brands at Whole Foods.

good shelf-stable nondairy backup AS LONG AS YOU BLEND IT
***UPDATED*** This stuff's swell, if a little fussy cuz you really have to blend it to make it work. It's shelf stable and tasty, and makes for creamy (yes, actually high fat as well as "creamy") coffee. The crucial point of my update is that you really HAVE TO blend it or it doesn't emulsify and just--at least for me--doesn't work as a creamer. That's why I was having the trouble I had, below, which I'm going to keep so you can see what goes wrong with this stuff if you *don't* blend it (basically, you can put in a ton and still not really have "creamy" coffee). If you do that, it's very tasty and works well, so I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars only because *needing* to blend it is a limitation. ***OLD, PRE-BLENDING REVIEW*** It's basically not very cream-y or creamer-y, so I need to add a lot to typical cup of coffee, meaning that I basically need to turn an ordinary cup of coffee into a high-fat high-calorie keto coffee bomb to make it drinkable. Baseline FYI: I'm *not* someone who requires superwhite, super-creamy coffee. If anything I *want* it to have a bit of sting. This stuff still doesn't really cut it. 4g of instant coffee granules dissolved in 2/3 cup of water requires...well I don't know yet. I'm at 6 "scoops" (6 servings) and still haven't made a satisfactory cup. Similarly, 2/3 cup of coffee brewed in my cafetiere -- still working up from 6 scoops. Even at those levels (that's 90 calories of creamer, 9g of fat) these cups of coffee are *not* creamy or, to me, nice. This might be fine if I wanted to make bulletproof coffee, etc., but not when I want a regular cup -- especially since the macros here are just all fat, rather than a balance of fat, proteins, sugars. It's still getting three stars because, for all that, it does *just* work, legitimately, as a "creamer". So it can serve as a backup, shelf-stable, nondairy creamer for the pantry -- which is a useful category of thing to have, even if this is a backup that will incent me to make sure I don't run out of stuff that works better for me.
