Highly effective enzyme blend for inflammation
This is an outstanding product for inflammation, just remember to take it on an empty stomach and do not eat for at least an hour. If you have food in your stomach, it will simply work on digesting your food rather than inflammation in the body. It was recommended by my chiropractor and I find that it really helps with knee pain. I have recommended this product to several people with shoulder injuries and other conditions and everyone marvels at the results. Highly recommend.

Superior Product!
Fibrenza has really impressed me in the short time I have taken it (just over a month). This blend of plant and animal based enzymes is a very comprehensive blend and superior in my opinion to anything else out there as far as Systemic Enzymes. It is an expensive supplement coming out to $60 per month if you are taking the recommended dosage but probably one of the best supplements I have ever taken to fight inflammation in the body so to me it is money well spent. I have 2 autoimmune conditions that cause joint and muscle pain and Fibrenza has tackled some serious issues for me: no more knee pain, shoulder pain, wrist pain,and it even resolved a cyst that I had on my wrist. It has also lessened to a great degree the amount of tension headaches I get. I am so excited about this product, something that actually does what it claims!

Do you NEED to take enzymes?
You should know whether or not you need this. I was taking this as suggested by a holistic practioner however I notice I was having stomach issues since. I tried changing the time of day I would take it. I noticed once i stopped taking it my bowel movement became more regular.

Honestly, I cannot tell if it is working/helping but hear so many great things about it that I keep taking it, hoping it's helping. update: I really like this product and feel it is helping me BUT I have now heard from quite a few good sources NOT to take serrapeptase as it will cause a toxic reaction...so I don't think I'll be able to take this anymore
