I’m so happy that I found this stuff on Amazon. I moved to North East Louisiana from Houston about 12 years ago and I have been unable to find Mojo anywhere in the area. Praise Jebus, it’s on Amazon. If you haven’t used Mojo before, give it a try immediately. This stuff is awesome on just about anything. I marinate pork and chicken in Mojo, but I’m pretty sure almost every meat available would be elevated by a few hours marinating in this stuff. I’m a huge fan and I bet you will be too once you try it.

This mojo is good for marinating spanish and cuban dishes. I use it to marinate my chicken fajitas for several days before cooking. My wife makes a Cuban rag stew and keeps the meat in the mojo for 2 days and then slow cooks the meat, very flavorful on yellow rice. We live in a small town that does not have this type of marinate but you can find it in bigger city grocery stores that have spanish sections for about $10 a gallon and they do have smaller bottles too.

We're from Central Florida, We have used Goya Mojo for years and cannot do without it for chicken and skirt steak. We've currently moved to Arkansas and you absolutely cannot find this in any store here so we ordered two gallons last year here. It's lasted us all year and it just fantastic. We use it for grilled chicken thighs and skirt steak all the time. Anybody we have over wants to know immediately what we did to make the food taste so good! If you've never tried this, you will love it.

If your not using this marinade then ur just eating bland tasteless chicken.
