I’ve ordered 3 of these now. The first one was a xxl (following their size chart) and was too big, but still kinda works. The second was an xl and fit better. I have lost some bloating weight and now need a large. Even needing to order new sizes. For this price you can’t beat the quality. I ordered these to wear around the house for back support. Wearing this for a few hours each day has really reduced my low back and lumbo-sacral joint pain. I had my belly cut open in 2008 due to a botched appendix surgery, so I had very little core muscle strength due to ignoring that area. I tho k I have some undiagnosed compromised disks due to the instability. Gaining weight since has caused a lot of low back tightness and issues. I have worn it at the gym and it does help me get proper form and more stability, but I still can’t do weighted squats because it is clear my spine is compromised and can’t take the weight. That’s not tote belt’s fault though. It is a great product. This is really well made and has survived the washing machine on hot hot and the dryer on hot just fine so far. I like that the second strap allows me to focus the support on the weakest part of my abdomen.

I am 1000% SATISFIED with this Waist Cincher Trainer..by far one of the BEST I've owned (I now have a total of 3) but this is the MOST COMFORTABLE & truly STAYS PUT when I wear it. I can't wait to wear it to work out since I can tell it will not restrict my movements like my latex waist trainer (with hooks closure) which is longer on my torso & flips up with too much movement AND my other waist trainer which is just a Velcro wrap that doesn't stay put or hold as tight..clearly 3rd time is the charm..LOL!! Also, the sizing worked very well..I went with the MEDIUM size after much hesitation but the snug fit is just right, I am a curvy size 12/14. I am pleased with the size/fit since I will be able to clearly see my progress as I will be able to cinch it tighter as time goes on. If I had selected the Large size I feel like I would need to purchase another one relatively sooner than later. I received my item SUPER fast & immediately have worn it the last 2 days..no waiting at all! Lastly please note that this Waist Cincher Trainer is NOT ideal for wearing under tight clothing since it will show & it wraps more around your actual waist & NOT around the lower abs area like my latex waist trainer with the hooks closure. However, I got this waist cincher trainer for my gym workouts & wearing comfortably under loose clothing, it's PERFECT & the PRICE for it was the BEST I have come across, truly EXCELLENT QUALITY! If you're ready to get your waist SNATCHED and/or to assist straightening your posture, don't hesitate, BUY THIS, you won't regret it!! I can't wait until I need a smaller size..I'll be purchasing from this vendor without a doubt!!

I really like this waist trainer. Compared to the others I've wasted my $$ on, this one is of really great quality. The velcro & straps tighten well. I have seen improvement w/ my shape, as I use to look pregnant. After wearing this, my clothes fit better & my tummy looks flatter and starting to curve in. I went back & ordered one for my daughter too. The customer service is excellent, she ensured they fit & let me know i could get a free refund. I had to exchsnge my M for a L & it was quick and easy. If I worked out and wore this consistently, I know I'd see results much faster. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is bc it doesn't cover your entire stomach/waist from top to bottom, unless u have a short torso. But other than that, I am very satisfied bc I no longer look pregnant in my tops & my love handles r slowly going away each time I wear this.

I wanted a few weeks of wear before giving my review so here it goes. I like the shaper but I don't love it. Pros- no rolling up or down, supportive, fits as expected, helps posture and good cost. Cons- soaks up sweat, must wear tank top to collect sweat, not neoprene. I compared this to my sweet sweat trainer and it does really well. The added bands helps the trainer stay in place. I barely feel it while I'm working out (running, jumping, weights etc). It really holds things in allowing you to train your core. Its a great price compared to the celebs and the new pro series sweet sweat which I may get simply for the neoprene effect.

When I started doing research on waist trainers I realized there are so many brands and types. I wasn't sure what was right for me. Initially, I ordered one that was more of a corset with eye hook closures because I thought I could wear it comfortably under clothes like a corset. But I sent it back because it was too small and smelled funny. So I started searching for another brand/style when i rediscovered ShaperX. I love it! No funny smell. I am 5ft 3in and have a short torso. I ordered the 2x which fits comfortably covering my entire torso from just under my bra line to my waist. I tried wearing it under my clothes but it is a bit bulky and I find it more comfortable to wear on top of my tank top. It is easy to adjust the tightness. Mostly, I am wearing it to the gym when I workout. Many people use for cardio workouts, but it is also great for weight training. You will work up a good sweat either way. I have also worn it around the house or while doing work on the computer. Added benefit is It improves my posture also by making me stand up straighter and no slouching will sitting at my desk. I highly recommend.

This is my first time ever using any type of shaper. I like this one. It has adjustable Velcro sections on either side. It fits comfortably. I have worn it during my workouts and while performing household chores. I didn't realize until after I took the shaper off that I did feel a difference. The shaper does cause the torso to sweat while wearing, but only lightly. I am not sure about laundering the shaper as it did not arrive with any instructions. However, I just wipe my shaper off with a damp cloth to which I have applied a small amount of woolite. The stitching seems ok to me so far. I read a few reviews complaining the shaper was "coming apart". No issues for me so far. I have had the shaper a few weeks now. No noticeable difference in my waistline yet. Please note this shaper will likely not lay smoothly under regular clothes. It seems more suitable for wearing during a workout. The shaper also does not cover all the way to the top of the hips. I have a short torso, but on me the shaper covers from just under the breast area down toward the lower abdomen- but not the whole lower abdomen. Exercise caution when choosing your size. I am 5'3" and 184 lbs. I have a 37 inch waist. In ordered a large as indicated by the website's sizing chart. I thought the shaper wouldn't fit initially, but it does. I will not return it because I want restriction and I want to reduce my waistline. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would not return the item and would recommend to a friend.

I want to say a sincere thank you to everyone who takes the time to write detailed reviews, they are such a huge help when making a purchase. This is my 1st waist trainer and I absolutely love it. For years, I've been seeing waist trainers all over social media and t.v., I finally decided to try 1 for myself. Years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with neck, back and hip pain. I was literally in constant pain every single day. I tried physical therapy, yoga and stretching, pain killers, muscle relaxers, expensive mattresses to help me sleep better but nothing ever completely took away the pain. After the injury, pain and depression stopped me from going to the gym and I started putting on weight. I'm 5'4 and I've always had a curvy figure. My happy weight before the accident was around 135 lbs, now I weigh 170. I bought the size large and from the moment I put this waist trainer on, it's the most relief I've felt since the accident. It feels amazing. I love the easy to put on wrap around design with the Velcro adjustable straps. I LOVE the support, the compression just completely takes away the back pain that I've been struggling with for years. I've worn the waist trainer every day since I got it and I couldn't be happier with it. The price is beyond reasonable. I wish I'd found this sooner. I'd highly recommend this product.

It really helps me feel better in a lot of outfits, definitely works and is so suitable for large chested girlies, super comfy!

L'ho fatto lavare in lavanderia due volte ed è stato trattato anche con l' ozono per eliminare i cattivi odori, niente da fare tempo 24 ore e torna. la ragazza della lavanderia mi ha detto di rassegnarmi che non verrà mai via quella puzza perché è proprio la plastica che hanno utilizzato.
