I put mine in one of those giant petrol garage out side washing machine. And it was fine. So it should be ok. Do not use a hot was Keep it cool

I have a swift 442se would this fit…..do you need to remove the Ariel when fitting?

So long as the caravan is less than 4.5m, excluding the A-frame, it should; mine is 4.5m and there is a little extra front-back. I don’t remove the aerial, although it makes it slightly more difficult, and I place an old plastic plant pot over the blown-air heating vent out of the caravan roof.
