I use mostly in pasta and vegetable salads but makes a good sandwich if you add spices, celery, shred carrot, diced peeled cucumbers, sweet relish, pickles (especially B&B or kosher dill), olives, water chestnuts diced, fresh parsley, dill, chopped tomato minus juice and seeds, or any of your favorite add-ins with the dressing. A wonderful choice to save the Dolphins and other marine mammals and sea turtles and wasteful big business "fishing."

I loved the original Tuno and was excited when I saw it was on the market again. But this isn't the original Tuno. It's barely even food.

I have tried other seafood alternatives such as Sophies and compared to that, this is hands down the best I have ever tried! The lemon was surprisingly fresh, and the texture was great! They have even gone as far as adding omega 3s! You get all of the benefits from Tuno that you would get from actual tuna. I can't wait to try the other flavors! Please note: I am not vegan but I know that there are extreme strains on the oceans with the current fishing industry. I am all for protecting the environment for future generations! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that is looking for a healthy alternative or simply diving into plant based foods!
