The holographic was missing

Received this today and it is missing the holographic effect on the banner. They should be taking more care in their quality control. Now I am without banners for my daughters birthday party or use these naff ones. Too much faff to return them and unlike ebay no simple way of contacting the seller to resolve. Not happy!
