Can this be used on a scooter?

I think it can be used on anything that is in a chair form with sides. I don't know what kind of seat a scooter has but if it is like a chair with arms I don't see why not. Hope this helps you. Very comfortable. You need sides on the seat.

Does this have enough shape so that it could be used in the corner space of a sofa?

Hi, This is basically for wheelchairs and does not stay up unless it is in the chair. The thing that holds it up in my wheelchair are the armrests and the back of the wheelchair. It is very fluffy and so comfortable though and works great for my wheelchair. I think if you have a chair with armrest or something like that you could use it that way I am thinking. So you can machine was, can you dry it in the dryer?

I have machine washed it but it is difficult because of its size. You may have to move it around if you have a Toploader. And it will dry in the dryer very well
