Looks like a good ingredients list, but I see Mica, which usually means sparkley. Is this sparkley, in the color 002?

I have the 001 Translucent. There is no sparkle to it. I don't know about color 002.

It's close to a warm beige or honey beige shade, I thought. I have a fairly natural dark olive skin tone but it was almost too dark for me.
