Before i ordered i read the reviews and complaints about the sound. No bass, not loud enough... but i been a bose fan since a kid and know they are the best. When mine arrived and i put a song on, the quality blew me aways. Was really loud and great bass so some of the reviews were wrong for sure

I have bought this product (new) for years. They have been wonderful. However, refurbished is terrible. I can’t believe I paid over $100 for earbuds that won’t stay charged and completely stop working after one month. I filed a return/replacement and got the product yesterday, fully charged them last night and have had to charge them twice in two hours. Time to find something else.

This will be my 3rd pair in 10 years. Switched over to another brand last year to try and switch it up after my old pair went bad. Sound is great and love them. The only thing is the wire clip is missing but really not a big deal.

Excellent sound quality battery drains faster due to the pulse tracking.

My decision to purchase the ear buds was heavily influenced by what I have positively experienced in my lifetime of Bose products!! Speakers that truly are the best in the world! That said, the ear buds I purchased did not deliver what I had expected. The volume is limited in its range. If I could put it in another context, it almost seemed that there was a governor incorporated into the volume level which does not allow the device to increase to a volume level I would expect from Bose. Also, the ear fitting for this device is poor. I continue to experience the buds falling out of my ears multiple times in using them 10-minutes or less. Their ability to “lock” into the ear does not happen making them more of a problem rather than enjoyment to listen to.

The earbuds are comfortable and worked perfectly. I appreciate that they are connected so if they fall off, they drape on my neck and I don’t lose them.

I used to own a pair of these same SoundSports, which my husband bought for me new 5 years ago. They finally wore out, and I needed some new ones. I liked these so much, I wanted the same ones. They are no longer made, so I decided to try refurbished ones. MISTAKE! They felt like cheap plastic toy ones. The sound quality was not there, and the volume buttons were very hard to push, and didn’t work well. The only good thing I can say about them was, the pause/play button worked well. No more refurbished Bose for me. I sent them back for a refund.

Anteriormente durante 3 años usé el mismo modelo en color aqua y hasta el final se comenzó a deteriorar del cable (no era reacondicionado); sin embargo en esta compra a la semana 1 de uso se rompió el protector entre el cable y la bocina, a la semana 2 mientras hacía ejercicio se le cayó la tapa de la bocina (misma que ya no encontré cuando la busqué y dudo que por la falta de la pieza me quieran reembolsar). Me arriesgaré a hacer el proceso de devolución y tal vez comprar otro producto que no sea reacondicionado

Tuve que regresar el producto comparado ya que el micrófono presentaba fallas
