I ordered this product with this trust or thought that balta is a good brand & I was happy with this deal that I got a valued product in my budget but after using this gas stove , I realised that actually it’s was my last experience with this company ,& I suggest to all buyer that they provide worst service & products , senior never pickup our call , junior don’t have any authority, technician never visit or if visit they don’t know how to repair first time I have in a single burner issue bt after technician visit 3 burners not working if anyone used that in this condition. They can burn , my mother & wife already faced it .. so my recommendation pls don’t buy . This is cheep brand

Super quality

The stove gives value for money. Overall, it is good, but the knobs are extremely tight which makes it very difficult to operate. The plates under the burner are also fixed with screws which may be a problem for proper cleaning.

I bought this gas stove in April 2021. It has a toughened glass top which looks good and easily maintainable. When I opened the package and started the installation with the help of a technician, i found that the outlet nozzile was broken. I approached the company and after much argument, they agreed to replace the nozzile. They told they cannot send any technician. They sent the spare part by courier and i replaced the nozzile with local technician. I normally maintain my gas stove clean and after 6 months, one big burner is not working at all. I am trying to reach out to the company again. Not sure if they are going to help or not.

This is very nice

I have purchased this product on 30th June 21, and with in a months time it has started giving issues. 1) Baltra says the burner is made of brass, but I have seen it going rusty and have to be cleaned multiple times. 2) there is no ISI mark or a logo on product as claimed, neither it’s mentioned on manual book or the box, where as it’s mentioned on amazon 3) it gave me a heart attack, when all of a sudden the Knob had a leak and started fire which I had to take quick measures to save ourselves. 4) When called customer care for the complain they assured someone will visit to check in 72 hrs, it’s been 4 days and they are not concerned about life threatening experience. I buy a lot of product online and I have not faced this experience. In my personal opinion I would recommend not to buy this product, I am stuck with this and don’t want others to suffer.
