A Solid Winner!
This soup is every bit as good as what you get at a restaurant. I made a quick bowl by adding frozen dumplings, leftover char siu pork, bok choy, and dried Asian wheat noodles. It came together fast and tasted fantastic. Rich, clean flavor, and very satisfying. Most soup bases are too salty. This one isn’t at all and it’s not greasy. It’s well balanced and lets the other ingredients shine. I’ll be buying it again.

THIS IS THE BOMB
As a stand alone soup base, this is one of the most flavorful and tasty ones I have ever tried. I boil water and mix this in a little at a time, sampling occasionally to get the depth and intensity I want. Throw in some store bought noodles and store bought frozen dumplings and some bok choy or other greens and you have this great meal made super fast. (Throw in dumplings before noodles as they take longer to cook). My entire family loved this flavor. Try this one, hands down one of the best stand alone broth mixes.

Good stuff.
This is favorite instant Wonton soup flavoring. It's not too salty and the perfect hint of sweet. It is easy to use and my whole family loves it! Just add some veg, dumplings, scallions and sesame oil to the broth, makes perfect wonton soup every time!

I was surprised how good
This is actually very tasty stuff. I add it to low sodium chicken broth and it turns out well. Haven’t even tried adding extra ingredients for flavor.
