Happy with My Purchase - With One Exception
Having to edit my original post. When you drain this tub, the water in the jets doesn't drain. So if you don't use the tub for several days, Nasty water shoots out when you turn the jets on. I don't know why, but it smells icky. And that makes you feel like you're bathing in nasty water. I'm going to try filling the tub with bleach water, then turning the jets on to clean out the system. But it's not an ideal situation, even if that works.Other than that, my previous review. . . .Iām pretty happy with this. I put it in my barn bathroom and use it almost every day. I had a plumber install so I canāt comment on that. My primary problem with it is that itās not very deep. If I want to rest my head on the little pad, I have to slide so far down that my back isnāt anywhere near the jets. Which is really ok since the jets are pretty weak anyway. For the price, I think itās a good deal. Iām happy with it, but if I were buying another one Iād search a little more thoroughly or cough up some more cash.

Horrible customer service, shipped defective parts
Purchased this tub, which took alot longer to get than original quoted time frame. Then to try to hunt down the tub in transit and get any type of support was a complete nightmare. Finally tub arrived, got it installed....a month later one of the flex water lines provided with tub frayed then burst, while my family was out to dinner. Came home to water flooding under my new tub. Once we got water shut off to house and upon further review, it appeared a second water line provided with tub is also starting to fray. I've made many attempts to get this all resolved with seller, have asked for warranty information many times, with still no result. Is a nice tub, if we can get it working. Major con of the tub is the defective parts that came with it as well as the "seat" in the tub, under the water spout/fall, holds water and does not angle down at all to let the water run fully off of it, therfore leads to puddling of water. Definitely was not well thought out construction. Tub sets level, have verified multiple times, so we have to squeegee the excess water from the tub after every use.

Electrical Specs are Off
In the FAQ and specification section, it states that this tub only needs a 110v 15 amp electrical circuit. That will supply a maximum of 1650 watts. At an 80% load, thatās 1320 watts. In other words, a standard household electrical plug. However, the pump and heater require 220v power, and the requires 3.6 amps and the heater requires 6.8, and that is before the rest of the components have power (sound, lighting, etc.). At 220v, that will require a minimum of a 2640 watts, which would require a 15 amp 220 volt GFCi circuit. We installed a 20 AMP to make sure we had plenty of room. Do note that the seller is incorrect with what they state in the FAQ, and you should beware that a licensed electrician will need to run 220v from your panel box to the tub, which will add expense. When we finish out the install, Iāll review further. The product seems to be solid, but the low rating is due to incorrect specifications.
