Product worked great at first but was not able to turn down the backlight. I used it anyway because the price and it told the house numbers on the top of the screen on the left and right side of the road. Today went to change the time and it locked up and can't get the map to open. Looked in the manual that comes with it but still didn't work. And of course no contact info or number to find anywhere. Really liked the unit but not anymore.

not at all happy with this gps. does not take you to your destination. If it says your destination is on the left, it's actually on the right. will not buy a no name gps again. will buy a name brand gps from here on out. Magellan is the top brand that is good.

Product did not function. Their website was useless. Phone message box was full. No response to emails.

Bought to go to Fl. Worked going down, then when I tried to use it again, no voice to to tell me street turns.......sad!

Works well and as expected. Will see about updates

Did not work well, wrong directions. I sent it back for a full refund

The gps never work. It was impossible to communicate with manufacturer . Phone number foes not work, no response to email. Total loss..
