I had been suffering from H-Pillory symptoms for god knows how long, probably all my life. And I didn't know it was H-Pillory until I did the stool test about a year back. Once confirmed, I tried a bunch of expensive solutions to eradicate it. While it kind of worked, once I stopped taking it (because it was expensive), the symptoms showed up again. I was ecstatic and pleasantly surprised. But somehow, it aggravated my pre-existing headache. So I decided to hold off taking the second dose till I fully cured my headache. It took over a week for my headache to subside. During that time I did not suffer from any H-Pillory symptoms even when I tried different foods that would normally give me serious acid reflux. In the next week I experienced a slight acid reflux a coupe times. So I opened one tablet in the water and sipped it thru the morning. My headache kicked back. I tried the same thing a couple days later with 1/4th tablet. My acid reflex gone. But headache persisted. So for the next 3 weeks, I did not take the supplement. Absolutely no acid reflux even with spicy food. By then since my headache was completely gone, I tried one more tablet without dissolving in the water. This time it worked really well. No headaches whatsoever. I was really happy about that. Since I want to fully eradicate H-Pillory, I will try another tablet in a few weeks and do this a few more times. Also I will make sure I don't have any preexisting headaches or other issues when I take the next dose. So my bottom line is, this supplement works like a miracle on chronic H-pyllori. But pls go slow in the beginning to avoid the pitfalls that I experienced.

It seems to take the pain away, apparently it suppose to bind to h pylori in the stomach and gut to get rid of them. I don't refrigerate it because the modified l Reuteri is already dead. I am take their zinc l carnosine but it's too early to tell because they recommend 1 to 3 months. I wish I started this product along time ago and didn't have to suffer for 6+ months of pain. No side affects so far when taking on empty stomach or with food. Give this product a go.

I had h pylori at one time, maybe it's back but I have stomach pain and chest pain. Have to be careful what I eat or it will get worse. I tried this and all of that went away. After I finished it, there was a time without it. All my problems came back. I ordered another and now I feel good again. I'm scheduled for a endoscopy next month. I told my doctor that my pain went away while on this. He said don't stop taking it. I hope I don't have to depend on it for life but I will if things don't change. Updating my review: It's been a little over a month and coming to two now since I've finished the whole bottle and I must say throughout the entire course of taking them I've had no more awful/random stomach cramps, no sudden diarrhoea after eating, no constipation. I also take Mastika pills at night before bed, so I don't know if that makes it much more efficient or not. But I'm just so grateful to say that I experienced none of the horrible pylori symptoms anymore, except maybe for the bloating/gas in the stomach after liquid consumption, which still lingers. Another upside, foods which normally trigger the flare ups I can consume them again. My gums are also in a better state now. Apparently in some cases pylori could spread to your mouth and cause mild bleeding gums or gingivitis. So if anyone is experiencing this, don't forget to also brush your teeth with gum-treatment toothpaste such as Corsodyl, or Dentalux for a cheaper option. LISTERINE Gum Treatment Mouthwash after brushing also helps quite a lot with protecting your gum until they heal up. In addition, fortunately I didn't get any side effects like others here have mentioned where it lowered their blood sugar by much, gave horrible headaches, fatigued and made them feel ill in general. I don't know if this specific to those with diabetes or those who are unfortunately sensitive to the ingredients in the pills. But if you're going to try it I would recommend to take them AFTER a lunch meal to ensure your blood sugar level is stable/decent. You can also have a piece of fruit beforehand to increase your blood sugar, or start with one pill a day instead of two then increase the dose. But NEVER take it on an empty stomach. I think generally this product has really helped me by much. I'm just happy that I can function like a normal person again. The only thing I'm not entirely sure of if it has really neutralised the bacteria. I'm just hoping that this horrible thing won't come back again and I don't need to make another purchase.
