It is good quality pillow. Personally I didn't care for the hardness and the shape of it.

Helps posture while seated
I bought this ten months ago to avoid soreness which resulted from sitting on my skinny buttocks with nothing underneath but a hard seat-bottom. Then I discovered a more serious challenge: my tendency to slump into the chair's backrest, which gave me a sore back. I realized these problems were connected; my buttocks would get sore, so I'd work on shifting my weight off the pressure points, and that would send me into a slump. Now I sit on the pillow and refuse to touch the backrest. (Because drummers don't have backrests... pianists don't have backrests... HMM!) I feel much better and I appreciate the pillow more than ever.

Too small.
This cushion is sized for a child. I thought it said 30 inches but it was 30 centimeters. My fault for not spotting that before I ordered. My pug dog likes it so its not a total loss.

Good for Exercise in the floor
Sturdy and Perfect for Stretching or so the wife say when doing stretching from the floor, that's hard as a rock, Until this pillow.

Great pillow offers great comfort
I bought this for my son but I ended up using it on my chair and I have not had a sore back since so it's been nice when u have to sit long periods at a time
