Had an opportunity to use these to trim some cedar branches lately and was very impressed with how well they cut! Plenty of times I have a small tree to cut down or branches to trim or that have fallen and need cut up for the fire pit that are too big to use my loppers on but aren't enough to want to gas and oil up the chainsaw for a couple minutes work, then have to drain the oil out till next time! Have just been using the wood blades on my battery operated sawzall for these small jobs but sometimes I almost wish I had gone with the chainsaw because it takes so long to cut through some of these things. Plus on loose branches, sometimes if you don't have a good hold and pressure on the end of the branch it shakes and vibrates your whole body because the teeth have caught and it's just moving the branch back and forth violently and not cutting anything! These blades cut at probably twice the speed of standard wood blades and so far, no vibrations! I even cut through some hefty branches on a tree that was taken down that were almost as wide as the length of the blade and it did very well. It is as good as the chainsaw? Obviously not. It is an acceptable alternative to the chainsaw for small/quick jobs? Definitely! If you don't have a chainsaw and/or have a sawzall and some small jobs to do cutting unwanted small trees or trimming small-sizeable branches, these are a perfectly good alternative. Highly recommend.

These 5 wood pruning 9 inch blades are lethal sharp - be careful handling them where you would be well advised to handle with gloves only. These fit right into my reciprocating saw and are the perfect size blade for light trimming or pruning. Love how easy these are to prune with especially when using a battery powered reciprocating saw tool without cords dragging along. These will fit just about any similar reciprocating saw on the market with the standard universal fit. Awesome value for these high-quality blades!

These are Great for cutting down smaller trees and branches. Very sturdy and sharp. Like that it pulls the sawdust out to make cutting easier. Makes quick work of cutting down brush to clear out our lot. These are the 2 sizes that we use most. Great value. Will buy again!

Excellent cutting ability. Previous order of pruning blades from another company were not sharp and periodically would bind. Using same blade to prune and thin out tree and cut up all the big branches was no problem for this blade!

Very pleased with purchase of saw blades. Used yesterday to remove root from post hole I was digging. Cut 3" root in seconds.

Really a fair buy but it dulls fast

These work pro wood pruning blades work really well. I used them with our Milwaukee sawzill and they cut through birch logs easy and quicky. Most of my other blades just bend but these are solid, thick and have aggressive teeth. The 9 inch -5pack is a great deal and I would definitely buy them again.
