Perfect for kids who need games to learn!
Iโve been homeschooling my daughter for preschool and now kindergarten too. Getting her attention held during any kind of book work is a nightmare but this game is amazing! The cards have animals on them too so for letters kids donโt know they can easily just say the name of the animal instead. Theyโre beautifully illustrated and perfect for little hands. The only thing I donโt love is the font on some of the lettersโฆ for kids that are just learning seeing the letter a written like โaโ and not the more basic way is a little confusing.

Perfect for toddlers
We love Eric Carle books, and once my 3 year old learned how to play go fish, this was a no brainer. It has the Eric Carle pictures to match the letters (which are mostly from the hungry caterpillar ABC book). Itโs a great size for traveling with. Weโve had to play it numerous times in a row with our 3 y/o so it definitely keeps her entertained!

Fun+Alphabet Cards=Giftable Learning
Adorable, alphabet reinforcer! My 4 year old loves playing this. The upper and lower case letters are the same color with the same animal on the set. This makes it easier for children to identify which card is requested in the Go Fish fashioned game while learning letters as well! Would gift to a 4 or 5 year old still learning their letters, beautiful Eric Carle graphics. Quality cards and box holder of set.

Mostly like these
I just wish all of the animals were non fiction animals. I bought these to help my son with letter recognition and as an educational game. I know Eric Carle is a fictional children book author, I just was hoping for educational purposes it was all real animals. The only one that stands out to me at the moment is U for unicorn. Minor gripe, but overall the cards are good for the game Go Fish and also the Match Game.

Good game for toddlers
Bought this for my 3 year old who's been really into games and matching lately. She loves it. Cards are good quality, not easily damaged from an aggressive toddler. They are a good size for little hands to hold and/or lay out.

We actually felt like only having two cards per letter wasn't as effective so we actually bought two packs so that we could go fish for 4 cards per letter. We split the alphabet in two and would trade off playing each half. I would recommend just getting two packs from the start. Our whole family had fun playing this and it really helped our little one learn his letters.
