Way more than I expected! I'm not sure what my expectations were, but I assume I would have been happy just knowing that I was putting something good in my body whether I could feel the difference or not. With this....I felt the difference, and fairly quickly. Having to measure 1/64 of a tsp. is a pain in the tush, but I'll figure it out if I continue to get the results that I'm seeing so far. I take it twice a day, once in the morning, and again around 3ish in the afternoon when I start feeling sluggish. After the first day I felt a difference! I decided not to get too excited in case it was a fluke, so I didn't mention anything to my husband, but after the third day I let him in on the secret. This is only his first day taking it, so I don't know how it's working with his system yet, but hopefully he'll have the same results. For a little insight on me...I'm a 46 yr. old female beginning pre-menopause with low Vitamin D and feeling VERY tired most of the time. I started taking Vitamin D about two weeks ago (but heard that takes awhile to get in your system) and started taking this 4 days ago. I've had no energy drinks, which is my normal "go-to" just to get the day started, as I don't drink coffee. I'm extremely happy with this product, and intend on trying more.

Exactly what it should be and so great. Quality is great!

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride or (HCL) in powder form is freely soluble in water. Research including WEBMD states "Pyridoxine is also used for Alzheimer's disease, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Down syndrome, autism, diabetes and related nerve pain, sickle cell anemia, migraine headaches, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, night leg cramps, muscle cramps, arthritis, allergies, acne and various other skin conditions, and infertility. It is also used for dizziness, motion sickness, preventing the eye disease age-related macular degeneration (AMD), seizures, convulsions due to fever, and movement disorders (tardive dyskinesia, hyperkinesis, chorea), as well as for increasing appetite and helping people remember dreams." I purchased this pure form because I wanted to self treat Carpal tunnel syndrome. I purchased the product after much research about the condition .Exercising my wrists alone gave little relief on its own,but along with this pure B6 it has made a tremendous difference. I highly recommend this in this form. Not to mention this 100 grams is gonna give you 2000 servings at 50 milligrams dosage or 1000 at 100mg !

I purchased this product to go along with the Griffonia seed extract and so far there has been no negative side effects. I am going on my 3rd day using the combo and if the rest i got last night has anything to do with the Griffonia seed extract, i look forward to continuing using this in the future. I read online that the vitamin B6 helps with the absorption of the above mentioned and that is why i chose this particular B vitamin. Quality is as always, and as I have come to expect with this company......pure and potent!

Awesome stuff! I usually feel the effects of anything I ingest quite well. The effects of this product were felt almost immediately. I felt more focused, happier, get better sleep, and am able to wake up out bed ALOT faster. I am so much more positive with this product. I have only been using this product for a few days and I hope the positive effects last. Also, get some small measuring spoons, as the daily dose is only 1/64th of a teaspoon in size. This also means that this product, if you get the 250mg size, will give you 5,000 servings!!! Can't beat that, and also can't put a price on the positive effects it brings you.

Seems ok , but the recomended dosage seems way high. 200 milligram dose delivers 33000% of the daily alowance. Just seems excessive to me, and un beleavable that this company would recomend such a high dosage. Even at 50 milligrams , it still 8250% of recommended dosage.

I have been buying from bulk supplements for years. The only down said is that I had to buy a scale to measure weight from grams to milligrams. On this one my scale said 1/64 of teaspoon for 50mg. I also ask the question on this order site and it gave the same answer. So, I feel comfortable with that amount. I wish bulk supplements would break it down for us.
