In the first two days, you'll feel slight suffocation, but after that, it becomes comfortable. Wearing and removing it is tough, but manageable. The quality is good, and it effectively hides all gynecomastia and about 70% of side belly fats. It's not really effective for belly fat since it covers very little, but it's okay. It's superb for men with gynecomastia around stage 2-3 and side belly fat around the waist. I would buy more of this; it is really helpful.

The size is misleading. You need to buy the next bigger or 2nd bigger size. Because I purchased my normal size, I could even wear it even once. As no return policy relating size, I have to dump it. Amazon should also have sizes verified with reference to product, else allow atleast replacement to next size.

I have worn 3 vests in 6 years, all of different size due to gaining weight. Let me tell you how to pick: If ur normal tshirt size is 42 and you have little bulge and less tummy then pick 2XL Vest, but if you have bulge as well as big tummy, then go for 3XL. Wearing it will be easy but taking it out is always be a little difficult as it's a shapewear. 👍🏻

Useless product. Don't waste your money on this product. It was making people fool. Totally fraudulent. They sending S side instead of M sizes label.

This is my first day of wearing this vest. It won't make your Tummy vanish, but it witholds it tight that you won't feel your stomach to be fat and it helps to tuck the shirt very well. I know there are couple of reviews saying it's not helpful and not good, but i don't say their review is wrong as every one has their own experiences. So as per my experience with product i would definitely suggest to go for this as this help you to inshirt and look fit kind of feel. yeah there is slight margin of your tummy get inside as this is an elastic vest which made of spandex so there would be slight push from it, but the fat in side will be definitely pushed inside as its best can. I would suggest don't go with negative reviews, if you want to give a try, yeah go ahead and one final suggestion, Don't expect wearing this Vest will make you like the model shown in the images of the product and if you have big fatty stomach, then this might not give that great impression.
