Great system, great price.
I am greatly suprised and happy with this system. I bought this for work, and so far I have used it for about a month, for light thru hole circuit board repairs, and it is working very well. The key with these type of workstations is keeping the resoldering gun clean, and proper tip temperatures. I generally use 625 deg F for soldering, and 725 deg F for desoldering, for most PCB work. You may need to up the temps a bit if get into some larger joints that suck the heat from your tips. One other thing with desoldering use the smallest tip that will still fit over you PCB connection, and let it heat it until the lead moves freely, then apply vacuum, and keep vacuum on as you remove the gun from the joint. Hope this helps.

You get what you pay for.
Works as expected. I have been professionally doing board repair for 35 years and can honestly say this is not as good as a p@c€ station but it is a 1/4 of the price. If desoldering a multi layer board, get a card holder as well, will not suck solder from chip side when heating from the bottom, need to either heat chip side or cut the chip out, or both. Maintains heat pretty well, not sure about the accuracy of the temp settings, had to set it to 790° to melt just the solder, no board or chip, just the solder, I used 800° while desoldering. I may have to back it down due to board discoloration.

Didn't work for me
I don't think this heated to the right temperature. It could barely melt the solder - and this was with small components. When I tried it on a tab it was hopeless. And this led to the BIG problem - the solder cooled IN the tube right near the clear out chamber. So now it can't create any suction because the tube is clogged. I tried cleaning it out with the supplied cleaner and was able to get it cleared up to about the last inch of the tube, but the heat wouldn't get that far down to remelt the solder. I even turned the heat way up to do, but the clog remained. So back it goes! I am really disappointed, I HATE unsodlering and this seemed like a great tool to make it easy. Videos online make it look so easy and the reviews were mostly positive. Maybe I got a one-off issue, but that's not encouraging. I bought this one (a bit more expensive) because it had the separate pump but I had a different problem. I will see ii a cheaper one will work better.

Great unit for the money
Best station ever for the cost. Heat is consistent and the desolder tools is small enough even for tight areas. Bought as a backup, but likely to become my primary

Functions well but solder collection tube is VERY fragile!!.
I was mostly interested in this unit for the desoldering function. It seemed to work well until I dropped the tube that collects the removed solder and it easily cracked on the end. The manufacturer does not offer the tube by itself to purchase as a replacement ( they want you to buy a whole replacement gun assy). I am going to try to put some packing tape on it and hope for the best.
