She loved it and thought it was very unique

This was a gift for my mother who has everything! She loved it and thought it was very unique. Most of all, she felt it was nice enough to leave out on the mantel. It's made well and looks very expensive (which I kinda think it was for a lighter, but she worth it).

Poorly designed

The unit clogged almost immediately and hasn't worked since the second time I used it. I've tried to get in contact with the manufacturer but they're not responding. They have no email address or phone number. Just a form on their website that doesn't appear to work.
