Compression Socks for Plantar Fasciitis, Foot, Arch & Ankle Support

I developed ankle pain as a gym newbie due to overzealous treadmill walking and balance exercises. I bought these open-toe socks to wear over my knee-high light compression socks. The extra "hug" at the ankle alleviated the pain and allowed me to continue working out during the healing process. I still wear these comfy ankle socks over compression socks every time I go the gym! I spent a ton of money on properly fitted gym shoes, and these super affordable socks complement the support & stability of quality athletic footwear. Size is accurate for me according to the chart.

If you have issues with swollen ankles and feet THIS IS FOR YOU! For years I’ve struggled with dependent edema and told compression hose was the only answer. Tried them fought to get them on my shirt legs and by midday they wrinkled at the ankles cutting off my legs. THESE DO NOT MIVE once you have them on they are comfortable ALL DAT! I highly recommend as a user and as a nurse.

Feels really good. My foot/ankle/tendon pain was greatly reduced. I mostly use them around the house; or in my crocs when I run errands. I 've also used them for physical therapy and they help me get through the sessions. I love the fact that the toes are out; and the fact that they easily slip on. I have a problem with wrapping my feet/ankle too tight. This provides sufficient, HELPFUL, compression. Whenever they wear out, I'll be sure to get another pair. Highly recommend.

Love these socks, so comfortable. I wear when working 6 hour days between sitting and standing. They do not bunch up or slide and fit well within your shoe. They help keep my ankle and balance stable. I have little to no swelling. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my Plantar Fasciitis because I needed heel support. These compression socks give the right amount of support without being too tight or uncomfortable. I originally bought these in a med/large (I have big feet for a female) but they didn’t feel tight enough, so I bought the sm/med. To be honest there wasn’t that much difference in the compression (at least not that I could tell). I hate the feeling of having socks or anything on my feet because my feet are very sensitive to the feeling of socks folding or bunching. I can hardly tell this things is on my foot, and I keep it on all day. The front band is thin enough that it doesn’t trigger any tactile sensations. The only non positive thing I would say is that it should be hand washed. Machine washing gave it a slight malformation. Still functional, just needed to be manipulated a little more to get it on my foot.

I like them.. needed something to support my ankle and plantar fasciitis .. I went with the size chart .. my ankle to heel measurement being 12” put me in a large.. they fit nicely only mild compression.. I could of gone with a medium.. but they may have felt a little tight..I wear a 9.5 shoe for reference.. now to wear with a sock .. my shoes did feel a little tight.. but manageable.

Very comfortable I wore them to parkour and loved it!!! My joints don’t hurt after so these definitely helped.

I've been using the BlitzU calf compression sleeves as compression socks for about three years now so I tried these as an alternative hoping they would be a better alternative. In some ways they are, particularly since they're designed to be worn much like a sock. There's some positive and some negative. The positive: They fit much better as a sock, particularly since the have a heel so they don't slip and don't pinch nearly as much in the joint where the shin meets the top of the foot. Compression and support are good as the fabric is nearly identical to the calf compression sleeves. The negative: There's still some pinch where the shin meets the top of the foot. Putting more stretch (different fabric or not as tight weave) in the "circle" in this area would help. Also, they don't come up high enough. I've tried reversing them and the fit is much better height-wise albeit the band that normally fits around the foot is a bit tighter. Admittedly the top of my feet, particularly my right foot, have a steeper slope from the top of the foot sloping up into the shin as most of my shoes have this same problem so it's not a surprise that these still pinch. I have one other set of ankle support/compression socks that do have a looser mesh fabric in this area and have always been very comfortable.

The product got torn within one month of usage. I have been using an American product from CVS for 4 months and same is still good.

I had a brain anerizam and all the nerves on my left side were effected very pain full. I put the sock on and it pushed down on the nerves and took the pain away thank God. O also bought leg socks as well. Really amazing thank you amazon
