The opening of bulb is wide enough to allow filling it up and cleansing it efficiently. The rectal applicator syringe is long enough that I don’t feel like a contortionist. Very flexible and Easy to insert with lube. Overall, I’d say this product is comfortable without feeling invasive with good water, flow and well-made. Portability it may be a bit too big in my opinion. I definitely like it and exceptionally works well.

Well this is slightly embarrassing 😳 I bought this to clean my dog’s mouth. My dog is a large bread with a sloppy mouth. When my dog eats most of the time food would be left between the cheeks and gums. My dog had tooth surgery and the gum was getting infected. Was advised by vet to use a syringe but this works much better. Could also be used to clean your vagina or anal passage. My dog is now looking at me strangely! 🐶 Good luck

Good size and very comfortable to use. The fact that it has been designed with comfort in mind is a big win, as the nozzle has slight divest to make it easier to use. The bulb has a large enough entrance to easily fill with water and also clean. it doesn't have any kind of smell like a lot of other rubbery products of this kind which was great. The nozzle also detaches and fits within itself making it easy and discreet to store away.
