Vintage 1950s Retro Rockabilly Swing Dress Polka Dots Cocktail Dress with Belt

This dress is pretty. My boyfriend loved it. The sleeves are a little tight fit but it fits a plus size just fine.

WOW! New favorite dress! I’m less than happy with some areas of my body and feel like I need to lose weight, but this dress makes me feel like a sexy vixen! Such a flattering cut! I’m 5’6” 165 lbs, 39” bust (36C) 32” waist. I got size L knowing it’s be a bit tight but I am in the process of losing weight (down 35 lbs in 3 months) so I took a gamble. It fits like a glove! Zips up no problem, accentuated my bosom, hides my tummy pouch, and looks great with or without a petticoat, but definitely get a petticoat because that look is pure fire. The cap sleeves are so sassy. Love the cute black collar. Good sturdy material for the price. I customized the buttons with my own. I will but many more dress variations from this listing! Very cute but sizing runs quite small. I bought an XXL but it's more like an XL. The measurement just below the bust is 35 inches. The description says it comes with a belt but there wasn't one.

We made a fan remake of Mac Miller's Knock Knock video, which had a retro 50s theme. this dress was perfect. It was actually quite comfortable, flattering on my curvy figure, and not too revealing for dancing around etc. washed nicely.

This was going to be my Halloween outfit for Barbie, but I'm going to have to really fix the top wildly for this to work. It is longer than expected, and the top is made for giant armpit holes and massive side boob. The belt is long (can go around 3x). The very weirdest part, though, is the top. It's made for a linebacker's chest, ultra wide and awkward. It seems like the only way to fix it would be to fold in a bunch of extra material and sew it and cut it off, but then the strap location might be a bit weird. This dress would work if you're 5'5" with giant boobs. If you're shorter than that, it's going to look long (past the knee). If you do not have giant boobs, add on some extra socks to your order to stuff your bra with to pull this one off. The material is silky and nice.

I sized up for this dress and it is still too small. I am unhappy with their false sizing. I am a 16-18 I ordered a 3x which should have been too big. Instead it is too tight in the chest and shoulders and ill fitting. Do better.

Just wore this to a 50's musical play and got rave reviews. Kept getting asked if I was a cast member. Well made, fits great and true to size. I also ordered the accessories package.

Purchased this for the base of a Queen of Hearts costume. I ordered XL and it did run a tad big, but I had extra clothing on underneath so it worked well. For reference I am 5’0, 169lbs, 42C with a square boxy frame. The dress is great for the price. It has a sturdy zipper on the side. I did have to steam iron it, but it came out nicely. I sewed on extra layers and embellishments for the costume parts. I would buy this dress again but in a size large and a different color. It was easy to move in and a nice fabric. Overall great dress for the price.

It’s not 95% polyester - it’s 95% cotton. The tiny bit of spandex doesn’t provide much stretch

El vestido fue para mi esposa es como se muestra en la imagen, la talla corresponde a la que es, la tela estira un poco lo que hace que se amolde al cuerpo.

No recomendado, tela y diseño de mala calidad. Talle corto, cuello ancho. Medidas no reales.

Llegó súper bien. El material no es malo, eso sí, hay que ponerse algo grueso debajo de la parte de arriba, porque se transparenta un poco la tela. Tuve un problema con la medida del vestido. La tabla que usan para medir no coincide con lo que el vestido mide. Pedí una talla y me llegó, pero era grande, la medida del busto es imprecisa para poder pedirlo. Tal ves podría ser que se midan, comparen con la tabla y ¿pidan una talla menos?
