What I appreciated most about this book was that it took something technical and made it clear and understandable to a lay person. Even though I've experienced the wonderful BEMER technology personally, it was nice to know more about why I felt so good after using it! I was also thankful for the guidance laid out in the book about how to maximize the settings for differing health conditions. I am planning to purchase a system, and felt more confident about using it after reading this book.

I use Bemer- increased my race speed for running woth no difference in training. My swelling in knees and feet after long run on Bemer completely helps pain and swelling recover which is great for high intensity training and long distance or short runs. Helps and many of my friends with focused areas of pain! Love this device! Must have and I do twice daily for 8 min! Fantastic

This book makes understanding BEMER so simple. I have been using my unit for over a year now and have seen vast improvement in my overall health. Ive used other PEMF devices in the past and this is simply the best. It's awesome to see that this technology is finally coming around. Explaining this to friends and family at times was difficult since I read this book as a lay person I now have a better understanding and I'm able to explain the technology in a very simple way.

While the technical papers about PEMF are very interesting, some just need an easy to understand, quick explanation in lay terms and this is it.

The biggest waste of money in my entire life! Had my knee replaced and bought this. It broke twice and used it for two years, hours each day and zero effect. Worthless!!!
