Great Rice
Very happy with this Organic parboiled rice from India. As many may know there is less arsenic in rice from other countries than the good old USA.. More arsenic in rice from Texas, Arkansas and Louisianna. Also being parboiled ... the outer shell is gone, which would reduce any arsenic anyway and also makes the rice more digestible.

Makes The Best Dosa & Idli
The quality of this rice is excellent. After much experimentation and a lot of failures, now my dosa and Idli come out PERFECT. As well, love to support small organic farmers. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Beware no expiration date or packaging date
We purchased in March 2022. Just went to store bags elsewhere and to note expiration date of all our grains but both of our 10 pound bags indicate nothing.
