Strong, thick, sturdy, mounting options due to bar and vertical legs.
This was nicely made and strong, I mounted a 24k btu condenser no issues. I opted to use my own hardware.

Wall mount
Heavy duty mount. Easy install Mounting bolts for the condenser were too Short. Need to be half inch longer.

Braces for minisplit
They were not strong enough for the minisplits. I was not impressed.

Spartan in every way
There's no instruction manual that I can find. Not in/on the box, and not on their website. It's not rocket science, but some of the parts aren't exactly obvious as to which pieces belong to other pieces. It just wastes time figuring it out rather than following what could have been a single sheet with obvious instructions. There are four anchor screws, but when hanging on the 16s, I don't know where the 3rd and 4th would go. Also, there was a super-tiny washer in there that doesn't fit anything. No idea what that's about. Install is simple and basic. It's very sturdy. The powder coat wasn't great. There are areas where it seems like it flaked off in manufacturing. Hopefully it doesn't rust.

A really nice product
Strong brackets. Easy to move in place when installing a heat pump on the brackets. Comes complete with mounting hardware which saves time! No disappointments

Well built, good value! But…
Dependable and strong. I purchased it to mount my MRCOOL12,000 btu mini split outdoor unit. It performs perfectly for that need. However, I needed to install the mount to brick. While the mount comes with quality hardware for installing into wood framing, it does not come with brick or masonry mounting hardware. Perhaps you could use the supplied plastic anchors for masonry. But I didn’t want to trust that. I drilled through the brick (not the mortar) using a hammer drill and secured the mount using tapcon screws made for masonry. Oh, and forget about trusting the accuracy of the built-in level. It was off by a mile. Just use your own level and you’ll be fine. For the price, this mount can’t be beat!
