If this is monkfruit sweetener, why is erithrytol the first ingredient?  I don't understand.  How is erithrytol all natural?

Monk Fruit sweetener itself is not something practical to use, as just a bit is about 200-300 times sweeter then sugar.  We created a blend of monk and erythritol to get a user friendly product that measures cup for cup like sugar.  The erythritol used in our products are the highest quality available and are all natural and non gmo.

Is anyone else peeved this product is not called erythritol sweetener with monk fruit?

I didn't realize until I got it that it was not monk fruit but erythritol, the front label ONLY said monk fruit..  I don't understand how Amazon can make that their choice when it's not what it says it is!!!   I noticed that now they have changed the front label to include erythritol, in small letters, even though it is the main ingredient.

This is erythritol with monk fruit added.  How can they call this Monk Fruit on the package !??

Because they can. It seems all monk fruit sold has the erythritol in it.  They aren't really lying about it being monk fruit because it is a bag with monk fruit that also has erythritol in it.  You understand?  If you talked to a rep selling the stuff he would say, "Hey there come and buy a bag of monk fruit!"  You buy it and you notice the other ingredient.  You go back and say, "Hey there is this erythritol in with this monk fruit! It is not 100% monk fruit!"  He would then tell you they never said it was 100% monk fruit. It is a bag that shows you will get some monk fruit if you buy it.  He will say read the ingredients list.  It is all there.

why not list 4g erythritol on the label to save us time?

I agree, erythritol should be listed. Mainly because pure monk sugar is natural. I'm not a scientist, so I have some doubts about erythritol.
