I’ve been taking this for about a week and a half (10 days). I felt an immediate difference on the first day. My appetite was drastically reduced. I wake up at around 6 AM during the week, and I would feel no hunger until about 2-3 PM. This has made it much easier to intermittent fast. That was the only difference I noticed at first. I guess my body was utilizing my existing stored fat more efficiently for energy. After about a week, I noticed a slight increase in my energy throughout the day. Also because I had been sticking more consistently to OMAD, I lost an inch off of my waist. No change on the scale, but a change in body composition. Now I’m truly excited to see what benefits long term use will bring!

Helpful and unique way to improve energy and mood. Good value though I wish there were more suppliers. Will definitely be reordering on subscribe and save.

I think this genuinely works. I got it for energy.

Deceptive advertising and packaging. Anyone who's studied all studies using oxaloacetate knows to help chronic fatigue in the slightest, it requires a minimum of 2000 mg to 5000 mg split between two times a day. I didn't realize from reading the label only that I was getting only 100 mg of oxaloacetate and 150 mg of vitamin C. This means to have an effect, even a minimal one, one bottle of 30 capsules would last 3 days. And that's the lowest quantity used in any study. This amount had the lowest results. Typically at dosages of 1,000–3,000 mg daily, improved fatigue by 22.5% to over 33% within 6 weeks. At about $40 for 3 days, which received a 22.5% success rate then plan on a mortgage or winning the lottery

I do find those stuff works great for me. However, not to seller, please change the packaging. It’s difficult to open and if you cut it, it explodes into a mess!!

I have just finished a 30-day supply. I noticed some difference in my memory. I will see what the result is after not using this product for 30 days. I think the product is too expensive and may not use it again for that reason.

CFS. Took product for 28 days did nothing to help my condition if anything made me feel a little more fatigued and really upset my stomach, big disappointment.
