I have been wanting to try one of these derma rollers to help with acne scars, and wrinkles on my forehead, but they are normally very expensive. I was very pleased to see this one at such a reasonable price. This one has hundreds of tiny needles, but surprising enough, they really do not hurt. I roll gently with minimum pressure, and then I follow with a good moisturizer. So far, so good. My face feels smooth and soft.

I’m very impressed by this derma roller! I’ve been wanting to try one but was very anxious about it. Very minimal discomfort and rolls very easily over the face. I strongly recommend watching the instructions before use so you can get the most benefits out of it. My skin already seems to have a better texture and I haven’t been using any extra product after using it, just my normal coconut oil. I’m excited to see the results after a few more weeks of use.

I had never heard of derma rollers until recently. Since I'm in my forties and noticing some small aging signs, I thought I would give this a try. It is a n odd sensation when you roll it over your face -- doesn't hurt, but is kind of prickly. With winter setting in, I normally bend up with dry flaky skin. This really seems to help the moisturizer absorb much better. Reasonable priced item too, compared to many others

Product works as described but nothing miraculous. This is the second dermaroller Ive bought and the needles are of a higher quality. Ive used it 2 or 3 times and I'm seeing some improvement. Im in my 30s and bought this to keep new/shallow wrinkles away.

This seems roller is great! I’d never tried anything like it before and was anxious to try it, unsure of how it would feel on my skin. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with how relaxing and stimulating at the same time it is. Easy to use, sturdy build, and very pleasant reaults. Like a wonderful massage for my face!

This is my first experience using a dermal roller on my own and I loved it. It's so easy to use and operate given the packaged directions. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now and have seen more radiance in my skin. I highly recommend this dermal roller to the novice and expert out there.

I’m really happy with this. You definitely feel it working, though it doesn’t hurt. I’ve been using it a few weeks now. A little early to say whether it’s turning back the hands of time, but I use it twice a week and, at the very least, I feel like it wakes my skin up. I like it!
