Can this material be painted?

Find a better table this thing is a piece of shit. No matter how tight you screw bolts in they easily come back out! My kids can get them out with their fingers no problem. Trust me and buy a different table.

I don’t have a manual but I can tell you that the legs of the table have an specific angle! Otherwise the metal tray underneath it won’t fit
