how much does the chair weigh?

The chair alone weighs approximately 50 lb however with batteries and everything that you stuff in a little bag underneath, the weight is closer to 60 with a total capacity of 400 lb you're not going to go over on that. With a total capacity of 400 lb you're not going to go over on that the toughest part is lifting it up into the car I find it easy to lean it against the car on a blanket and pick up the rear wheels and give a little push and it goes right in, no problem. If you do it that way it doesn't seem to be any problem at all in lifting that weight mainly because of all the leverage and everything that you have your not expending that much energy trying to lift the total weight.

Does anyone have photo of travel case comes with wheelchair? Also, is travel case something that can put this in and give it to check-in for flight?

It's more of a cover than a case. I fly mine without it, but have some 2 inch wide velcro to keep it from opening while it being handled. survived two air trips so far without a scratch.

For the dual batteries, does it automatically switch to the other battery when one battery runs out? Or is a physical swap required?

Hello, the chair discharges both batteries at the same time. However, the chair also has the ability to run on one battery as well. You need to remove one of them though if you want to use one by one. Thank you.
