I've broken so many various mounts. This one has such a simple design that it works perfectly. It will block part of the vent but I would rather have a partially blocked vent than buy another mount with too many parts that can break. I'm serious. Im so sick of every other one I've bought either not holding or breaking. I can take it on and off easily too. Phone never fails out and the clips never slip. It can rotate too.

This is easily the best holder for phones that is small, easy to take from car to car and holds the phone great. Couldnt reccomend it more. The 2 knobs on the back makes a great difference. The only con is that its so alim and small it is easy to forget when going from car to car. I travel for a living so this is great for rentals and i have had to replace it 3 times just cause i forgot to grab it out of the rental. But with the piece of $9 it is not even that bad.

I just installed it on my corolla .Left vent. It's sturdy. And easy to install. I'm happy with the purchase but time will tell.

I have bought three of these now, one for myself and two for family members. The key is whether or not you have a vent that is close enough to be accessible to see AND that you don't mind blocking. You are sticking your whole phone right over a vent. For me, no biggie.....but remember that if you send your heat to the forward facing vents in winter time, you ARE boiling your cell phone. I didn't think I needed to explain this to my mother but guess what? I needed to. When you press the device deep into the vent, it seems to hold well. Even with me mounting my phone every single time I get in the truck, it seems to hold pretty good. Every now and then I press my phone in a bit to get it nice and flush again and all is well. Cheap price and it does what I need

i have had this for over a year now so I can write an objective review. Easy installation, very user friendly, great fit for 5.8" phones and once you get the right angle the line of sight is good and you don't have to take your eye off the road too much. works great with head phone, great for car selfies, video chats and if you use your phone for GPS. There have been occasions it comes of the vent but i think its the design of my car vents (they arch out a bit). i can easily switch between my car and others. I would re purchase but its still strong after 14 months of daily use therefore i doubt i will need a need one too soon. only set back, it blocks the A/c vent so your phone gets cold.

I love the simplicity of this phone holder and the nice grip. It works great... until it breaks. This was my second time purchasing. The first one lasted nearly 2 years. The second one broke after approximately 8 months. The sticky pads on the arms fell off after a couple of weeks use, but those didn't really make a difference in how well it held my phone. I will not purchase again.

Best phone mount for the BMW E9x cars that I have bought. Have had multiple, and this one is the cheapest, and best option.

This product broke my air conditioning vent and didn't hold my iphone. Replacing the vent will cost $100. Avoid this product.
