I take tumeric and ginger that doesn't have pepper, and these have worked really well. They're good quality, priced well, and packaged well.

Well… I believe it is a quality product. However for me I haven’t noticed any benefit by taking it. Nevertheless I will continue to take it until I run out. Again, for me many times I don’t realize the effect supplements have on me until after I stop taking them. If it changes, I will update my review

I take it with my detox supplements. I burped it once, (empty stomach) and that told me it is what they say. Take with food if burping is an issue.
