How accurate is it ? How is it reliable ? Can we rely this device in terms of the correct reading ?

The one we have is a little different to this but we had had it for some time. It is very accurate and easy to use. I have checked it against a conventional sleeve type. Gets my vote.

It says in the manual that "Omron connect" app is free. This does not seem to be the case. Can you help?

How do you delete readings?

Sorry I've tried but still not managed to do that.

Accuracy. My blood pressure has risen by an average by 20 points for both systolic and diastolic since using this meter three days ago. Is this right?

It could either be the monitor - have you done all recommended in the manual? The same wrist, correct position etc. Or it could be your blood pressure - If your Dr takes your blood pressure in the surgery also take your monitor to compare readings for accuracy
