One handed attachment and removal. Slicker than snot on a doorknob! :)
The bolts are flat headed allen drive. They are not long enough to go through some truck bed boxing. I used #14 SS drilling screws (self-tappers). They worked greatly. If you do not have an area where you can get to the bolt threads after inserting to attach the nuts; try these screws.

Using them for lightweight anchor points on back of my rv

For the price these are worth it.
These work well and are well made. My only gripe is the the bases of the rings are a hard molded plastic. The base is Aluminum and the ring and circular clip are steel. That said the only function for the plastic part attached to ring is to hold the clip from coming out of its seat. I am certain it is plenty strong to serve its function.
