has illy fixed the explosion problem?

I'm not sure what the explosion problem is, but I haven't had any issues with any of the K-Cups I've received. I hope this helps. Thank you!

When they say "intense bold," do they just be dark? Or better? What was your experience with the "bold" flavor?

I'm not a coffee expert or anything, but I thought this coffee was a solid medium-dark roast. It fits in-between those categories. Honestly, it's really good. It does have a bold flavor, which I appreciate. It's smooth.

Is this 6 pack the extra dark roast like the listing says? Or is it the dark roast like the picture shows?

Thank you for your question. We have both the Dark Roast and the Forte Extra Dark Roast, therefore what is displayed on the picture is the Dark Roast. To view the Extra Dark Roast, please click on this link https://www.illy.com/en-us/shop/coffee/k-cup-pods/extra-dark-roast-k-cup-pods/USK7773ST.html?cgid=79506 or copy and paste it into your browser. If you have any questions, please call illy Customer Care at 877 455-9347 for assistance.

Is the intenso roast the same as the dark roast?

I am not sure, but usually there is decaff, medium roast, dark roast, and extra dark roast, i dont believe that there is anything more than that
