The size of this correction band can be adjusted. Basic high points, short points, fat spots, and thin points can all be used. The scope is relatively wide. It can be used immediately compared to my purchase, but it should not be as powerful as the orthotic that cannot be used

Just received
I have only had this a couple of days. It was a little difficult to adjust but it seems to be doing the job as far as helping me to maintain good posture while I am wearing it. It remains to be seen if it will have a long-term positive effect but so far I find it effective.

Decent so far
I’m using it to help correct my posture (I have a terrible slouching problem).It’s decent so far. I’m wearing it for 30min a day to gently remind myself to sit up straight especially at my desk. It’s made me more conscious about what sitting up straight feels like.

Easy to put on and take off
Easy to put on and take off. I doesn't hold my back straight, but reminds ME to keep it straight, so my muscles are getting stronger. I noticed that even when I don't wear it I keep my back straighter now. I guess I'm getting a new good habit!

It does what it says
I like that it does what it say and as i getting older i think this helping but i don't like that i have to were it out side my clothes i wish it would it be more discreet.
