My wife and I suffer from GERD and have been off PPIs for quite some time now. Between the two of us, I struggle from it the most. While dieting helped quite a bit, trigger foods such as coffee, spicy food, acidic fruits, or tomato-based products still set off severe heartburn. We've looked for natural methods to help lessen the severity of our heartburn issues to no avail. After reading several scientific journals regarding the effectiveness of probiotics in GERD patients, my wife and I decided to look for probiotics supplements on the market. The first brand I tried, which was a Walgreens brand, was extremely subpar and was not coated at all. Even after several weeks of use, marginal benefits were felt. I decided to hunt for one on Amazon, and I ended up finding this particular brand after comparing several other highly-rated brands here. Out of all the one's I've seen, this brand had the highest concentration of prebiotics and probiotics in a single capsule for a reasonable price. The capsules were also coated and not too big in size, making them very easy to swallow. After less than a week of use, I can already feel the difference. My heartburn is significantly less severe and I no longer get acid reflux in the morning after drinking coffee. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone with GERD issues or severe heart burn and acid reflux issues.

This product has quality ingredients that worked to totally heal my colitis. This is the only product that I found that contains both pre and probiotics with quality ingredients along with a great value. You get a two month supply in each bottle, so you won't run out before you know if it really works. And it does! It took a couple weeks to really kick in and for me to see a noticeable difference, but by then the healing process was well on its way. For this who don't know, the reason why it is critical to include a pre along with a probiotic is that the pre is the food for the bacteria in the probiotic, so the good bacteria stays and multiplies in the gut to keep the bad bacteria in check. This product is time released and supplies a steady stream of what your body needs to improve digestion, regulate the bowels, decrease gas and bloating, heal inflammation and irritation in the gut, and improve your body's overall health. This is a must have product to include to your daily wellness regimen.

Seems to be working very well. Cheaper than product I bought in the past. About a year or so ago I found out that taking a pre and probiotic works better for me than taking just a probiotic. Recently I had to compare prices with another product. Found this one and find it works well. Also taking only once a day rather than twice.

Excellent product! Makes my belly feel so much better and healthier. I think my overall immune system has improved with these. I’ve suggested my wife take them too. We are both happy with the quality and price point.

Longtime users, be attentive to product update if you may be feeling off. Briefly confused, thinking counterfeit product, but figured out there’s been a formula change. I’ve been purchasing the pre-probiotics since 2019 July. Recently replaced my supply of this product and received a bottle that was not visually the same. Realizing there’s a “new look improved formula,“ I realized there’s some new changes to the formula. I’ve been taking since 2019 there’s now 30 billion more CFU, has insulin fiber included in the 60 capsules which were lasting previously over the years 60 days as the serving size was one capsule the new bottle new formula is 60 caps yet two capsules per serving. New users of the product won’t realize it any other way, those with historic purchases will or should be aware if you’ve accustomed yourself to taking one capsule the recommended doses now two capsules. That said I’m sure you can still half dose aligning more which has been taken from the old formula.

This is a good buy for both pre and pro biotics.

It can cause stomach issues. I am on mounjaro and it caused me to become sick with nausea and vomiting. I discontinued it and it all went away.

These MAV Nutrition probiotic capsules I find effective. I notice a difference in my energy levels and my overall feeling of wellbeing when I'm taking them. When I don't take them for a few days I go back to feeling sluggish and not as mentally sharp. Good price too. I recommend these probiotics.

I notice a change after a while. (Two weeks). My tummy had less cramping some of my pills that I take were doing a number on my stomach. I do change up my symbiotics once in a while. and I use this product. It’s not my go to but it works for me.

Really good probiotic. Helped with my digestion, easy on stomach.

This probiotic worked well

I have not reacted this badly to a probiotic before After three days (1 capsule a day) I suffered horrible cramps, sweats and a very uncomfortable session in the loo. No returns. I know various types of probiotics react differently with each person but the bloating and cramps these caused … not fun. Back to the known entities … sadly must be refrigerated … I had high hopes these would work as I share the kitchen and fridge space is limited. I took it midday between my morning magnesium supplement and before my evening Melatonin supplement. I don‘t take other meds so this should have been an ideal time with a glass of water and a small mild lunch (an apple and a few walnuts).
