Gilad: Total Body Sculpt Workout, Vol. 3

Gilad's workouts are great - I often don't have a full hour to devote to exercising and these are short but very effective. You also never need any equipment except for a set of light weights (occasionally an exercise band, but that's not necessary). He's very inspirational and keeps it fun. Most of the other videos/tv workouts that I've tried are either too long, too intense, or they become very specific (just yoga, just abs, etc). Some of the dance series are fun, but you don't see results. This series does a little of everything - lunges, squats, some pilates-type exercises, situps, kickboxing, pushups, weights.

I just love Gilad and his workouts! I would catch the workouts on FitTV and get to movin'. I was so disappointed when FitTV changed their programming. Purchased other workout videos and had to stop the video to rewind. By the time I mastered one move they were two moves ahead of me. Those dvds now sit on my tv stand gathering dust. Gilad makes transition from one exercise to another very smooth. Try these workouts, 3 featured on this dvd, you will not be disappointed.

This workout is great! The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was too short so I have to combine two of the episodes for one session. I think it's worth it for the price though cuz Gilad pumps you up! He makes sure you feel the burn!

I remember when he used to come on FITTV, and i was so faithful to his show, i did it everyday after i came home from school as well as the weekends! I'm so happy i can order all his videos on Amazon! its so easy! literally came in 2 days. i was sooooooo happy, and ready to incorporate Gilad into my daily schedule once again.

I have been watching Gilad on tv for years and have always thought he was the best. I finally broke down and bought his DVD set and am so happy that I did. I love his workouts. And unfortunately they don't have them streaming online so I had to purchase a DVD, but worth it.

I did Gilad on FitTv for years. It was suddenly and without warning discontinued and FitTv changed to Discovery Fit and Health. A very sucky thing to do. Anyway this tape is the exact same show I exerciesed to. This tape filled the void left by the FitTv.

Perfect work out video that gives results.
