I have used this for a long time. I always try to buy it when it's on sale.

These are huge and hard to swallow. It actually hurts. I have other large pills but they are capsules and go down easy. These don't and you have to take 4 for the dosage so 4x the pain. If they could coat them with something it would help. Once I'm done with what I have I'll look elsewhere for my refill.

This product works well for me I needed it

I'm confused with different label on the jar from advertisement pictures of the listing. My bottle says it's vit D 1000UI 125% !!! and calcium 1500mg 115% !!!. As per the size: it's a huge pill with sleak surface that surprisingly easy to swallow.

I take one in the morning and one before dinner. The directions are for 4 a day. I've had problems with calcium supplements before, so this has worked well so far for over a month for me. Going to order another bottle soon.
