Great larger size.
Love this. It is solid and really good for releasing points. I've used specifically for my shoulders and top of the leg. Brilliant.

Fantastic!
I had a smaller version of this (different brand) and really liked it but it was too small. Finally found this one, same quality, heavy, durable, firm, rubberised outing! And big enough to do do legs and butt! Perfect! Much better than hard foam ones that misshape

Minor hip defect causes pain after strenuous activity
Incredibly effective at opening up my sore hips. Eliminates pain instantly. I learned how to use it directly from a crossfit mobility coach. I wouldn't advise trial and error learning.

Small, but Effective!
Has been a great addition for the household with the many back problems that we had to treat. Very durable and effective at breaking up tight knots and relieving problem areas.

Very good self massage tool; a bit pricey
I've had some psoas tightness and issues for a while now and wanted a tool that I could do a gentle self massage with. I tried using a lacrosse ball or tennis ball but they're simply too small to lie down on them. I came across the 4KOR Massage ball and gave it a try and it works very well for my purposes. I actually ended up using it for other areas of my body like my glutes, piriformis, hamstrings, and calves and it works as intended. It is portable but fairly heavy. I'm not really sure why the surface has all the edges as I don't feel they do much, but it doesn't take away from its function. My only gripe is that it's pretty darn expensive for a massage ball, but for me it was worth it since I was able to get deeper into my Psoas muscle. Value: 3/5 - fairly expensive for what it is but I found it useful Function: 5/5

Way better than a foam roller.
Simply awesome. No complaints. I definitely recommend the large (4.75โ) size. I have a certification from the NASM for personal training, and learning about self-myofascial relief is part of the required reading. I used to use a big smooth foam roller, and I was always a little frustrated with how hard it was to really do anything for the knots in my back, glutes/piriformis, and inner thigh muscles (adductors). This ball makes it soooo much easier to get in those areas and break up and relax the fascia there. I canโt recommend it enough. Follow the directions and pictures. If you are less mobile use it against a wall while standing up and move it in small circles like they say over the worst knots and then pause for 15-30 secs over a knot until you feel it relax. Mentally focus on the area, and make sure you are not tensing the muscle you are working on. Deep breathing will help with this. Do NOT hold your breath. I also recommend the Resteck Shiatsu Massager.
