Im a fairly large man, would a xxl allow me to comfortably shoplift if i'm only grabbing say eight to ten boxes of sudafed?

Absolutely i can fit 17 boxes in mine without looking suspicious

Are these real sizes or starving chinesse orphan sizes?

Just ordered a 3XL and it is the size of a 2XL. Bought 3 of this companies shirts and they fit fine. Sorry but these jackets definitely run a size small. EXTREMELY nice though, just like the shirts. I think I am going to keep it anyway. It will gets used but just wanted to pass along the 3XLs are not 3XL unless mine got marked wrong for some reason.

Are the sleeves flannel lined as well?

No - just the cuff area of the sleeves has lining.
