I figured it was worth a try. I believe this product is doing a better job of cleaning my washing machine. In addition to the cleaning powder, it also includes a wiping cloth. Nice touch. I believe my washing machine is much cleaner now. Both from a scent and visual perspective. I liked the product enough that I also purchased their dish washer cleaner.

The outer product box arrived crushed, torn, and heavily taped, which was disappointing. However, the individual cleaning packets inside were intact and usable, and the product worked as expected. Better packaging would help prevent damage during shipping

Have only tried a few times but seems to help with buildup on glassware. Leaves the machine sparkling.

Have been dealing with a funky smelling dishwasher for a while and tried a number of different things. I used two packets for the initial clean and have to say it seems to work pretty well! I was impressed that it was significantly improved after just the one use. I will keep using.
