I should have ordered 60 Tablets instead of 30! Blemless helped my skin. I’ve been using it for almost a month now. I started May 3, 2020 and also experienced difference and as well as side effects. On my first week of using. During first and second day, I felt light headedness. I cannot say it is vertigo. I just ignored it and just proceed on taking it. I have read it might cause vertigo so that time I also limit drinking coffee and more water instead. I set goal of having 2L of water in a day. Second week, my skin is glowing. Especially after waking up in the morning. I looks like my pores got smaller especially on the T-zone which normally i have big pores. 3rd week, i experience purging on my left cheek and had backne breakouts. But it just took 3 to 4 days for the redness on my face and immediately started to heal. But I really dont know if it is because my monthly period or just purging. I have to apply serum during the night because I can feel my skin is bit dry. During this 4th week, I want to still continue taking it for another month because I can see now that there are differences. My skin on the face is not too oily. But it looks like it is glowing which my friends actually noticed and asking my skin regime.The acne on my forehead now is slowly healing,actually I can say it is now gone,just the scar or acne marks. My whitehead and blackheads actually decreased and my pores appeared smaller. Now i realized, I should have ordered the 60 tablets instead of the 30! Indeed! I love this product.

On my first week, even though I still had breakouts, I started noticing a bit of difference, especially around my jawline and forehead where I was breaking out the most. 2nd week I noticed more difference and my skin was less oily as the medication I was on before made it like that. 3rd week, marks look slightly lighter and I had a more even tone but I purged quite badly which did make me feel upset. I will carry on taking it for longer to see how much more difference it will make. It has been working better than the antibiotics I was on before.

Im 41 hormone over the place. I take several 1000 max vitamin supplement a day, largely water based b. meaning it safe at high doses as body reject too much so it go to wee instead of storage by body. It same as government forfired vitamin in foods waterbased too but low I image. I added this supplement my skin sudden look younger! Ever better after using a particular cream one to use in shower. Im not sure which one help but im pretty sure in family we long deficiency anyway and what with soil depleted of today age with bad diet stress hormones too. Mum take badly with it early. Im not sure which specifically help as if it sudden unlock release cells to max. I believe by family women vitamins did not went into intestines eaten up by bad germs instead, germs that not meant to be there. Small intestines are where vitamin should be absorb into walls. Not just this there also chain host of problems come by age too. Def buying other!

I've been stuggling with acne for last 10 years, went through many treatments including hormonal one and antibiotics. Nothing helped. I was desperate until I saw this tablets on amazon, my skin was full of deep painful acne and it felt so oily that after using a face wash for 3-4 times I could still feel a layer of oil. I was getting more and more acne every day, no make-up could cover it, I was ashamed to go out. I didn't exceed the recommended dose which is 1 tablet a day. After the first day my acne were less inflamed. During the first week my skin became less oily. I stopped having big deep acne. Yet I'm getting a bit of small ones. Let the tablets work, be patient and don't expect fast result. Acne can be caused by multiple reasons which can't disappear immediately. We also have some acne which haven't popped out yet, but after the tablets start working, they pop out and it seems like it's getting worse. But it will go later. I still need a couple of months more to see a real difference. Will update soon with before/after pictures.

Unfortunately the tablets had a very strong smell to them, like a damp cardboard smell . My son took them for few days but the smell would make him gag. Ended up get other acne tablets from Holland and Barrett instead.

I only just got them but I'm as impressed as you can be so far... They came packaged well with a large piece of cotton wool inside to stop em rattling about I guess. It's a large tablet but doesn't bother me as it hasn't got any nasty smell or taste. It's day 3 tomorrow and I've had no side affects that spring to mind. It could be just me over thinking it but I felt as if my skin produced less oil today when I got sweating in the sun. Hopefully that becomes more apparent which in turn should help with excess sebum and clogged pores I guess. We shall see!
