Fit existing floor outlet & easy to install
Fit perfectly into the box already installed in our living room floor. No loger presents a tripping hazard and instructions were easy to follow. Just a bit of elbow grease and ingenuity to remove the existing piece, but that's primarily due to shotty workmanship from our builder.

Not as advertised
The description says “KIT” and says a concrete box with different size conduit connections is included. NOT THE CASE. Ordered and had a replacement sent thinking it would be the full kit - nope. You’re paying a lot more for just an outlet. No way to install in slab as the description and title indicate. Huge miscommunication happening and Amazon customer service is ZERO help. Now we are ready to pour slab except for this holding us up.

Difficult access to inside of electrical outlet.
The lid on this floor plug is VERY difficult to open. I had to have my electrician open it and had a difficult time as well.
