I ordered this product with a healthy dose of skepticism and have been pleasantly surprised by the benefits of using it. The primary benefit I have observed is in my immune system. No less than 6 of the 20 people I work closely with have been suffering through cold-like symptoms in the last week. Though I experienced very minor congestion for about two days, I avoided the headaches, body aches, and loss of energy that I observed in my co-workers - I attribute my resistance to this illness directly to the consumption of this product as I am typically the first one in the office to contract colds and flu.While I have no basis to classify my experience as typical or my observations as scientific, I'm nonetheless confident that this supplement has been beneficial; I will definitely purchase it again.

I've been taking these for a few years now and between Greens & Flinstones (no, I'm not kidding), I have found the perfect balance of vitamins for my lifestyle. I do drink a lot of the organic fruity drinks, too, but we are talking about Greens which I L.O.V.E.! I was sick for 3yrs and no one could pinpoint why. After finally going to an Acupuncturist (not sure how that works, but it does) and a Homeopothist (again, no clue but that works, too) they recommended Greens to me. I was skeptical but so sick, I'd try anything. These changed my life and probably saved it (I was THAT sick). They gave my body the nutrients that my body needed bc I couldn't keep food down. I've been healthy for years because of it - no colds, no headaches, no strep and only one bout of flu (they are not miracle pills!). My body yells at me when I forget to take them and then loves me when I do.Are they a little pricey? Yup. Worth it? Totally. I only take 5 a day instead of the suggested 12, but it works for me. If you are on the fence - jump...you will be glad you did! Best advice I ever took-----hope you take mine :)

I know this isn't a weight loss product, but I swear by it anyway. I had a previous medical condition that made me gain weight, and even though I counted calories and exercised on a daily basis I just couldn't lose weight. Enter this stuff....it did wonders for me and even though I didn't change my diet or exercise habits, I lost 40 pounds. It's entirely possible that it had a placebo effect on me or something else is to thank, but in any case I think this played a part in it. I take about half the recommended daily amount (because of cost), and I really notice when I forget to take it.I originally started trying to take a powder similar to this called "Green's First," but I never took it because it was a hassle to mix it with things and, frankly, I didn't like the taste or consistency. It's a lot easier to swallow a few pills if you don't like the taste than a powdery shake or water mixture.Of course, I'm not a doctor and this isn't medical advice, just my experience using these.

I've been looking all over Amazon for a few good greens that can all be in a pill without causing me trouble. But most green veggie blends still contain kale, something that will hurt your thyroid if it's raw, yet you don't want other greens cooked. So, I turned to this, but I'm sensitive to caffeine, and someone here told me repeatedly that there's no caffeine in this product, or that it shouldn't matter. But It does matter when your gut overreacts to caffeine, because there's green tea in this product, and it's not decaf.I get diarrhea and constipation at the same time if I get too much caffeine, because my gut swells from rushing and getting irritated by the rush. And I was only taking half the recommended dose of this product, when the latest gut problems started. I want my money back. My fault for believing these people and trying a product I shouldn't try, I guess.I can't believe I can't find a blend of 3 greens that I'm not allergic to, or going to get diarrhea and constipation effects from. I may have sensitive intestines, but it's not hard to just put spirulina, a green grass, and one more harmless green together in a pill. But they only have it in a powder right now, ridiculous, because that's what I need to stop taking in order to avoid a sugary drink. I'm tired of taking so many pills separately because people can't blend things together without following a backfiring trend like kale. Or trying to put every vegetable and fruit on earth together all at once, as if this wasn't a bad idea to be grossly excessive, and completely insensitive towards those who might have an allergy to one of the super foods. Like why can't we have a bunch of special blends instead of extreme copy cats everywhere? We could all use some balance and something special for special types of people, couldn't we? Amazon! Please listen to me! Sellers and, growers, and makers of greens products, please here me! I need what I need, no more and no less. Surely that's not too hard, is it?

I am on a limited income, so I only take 2 a day.It’s a quality company.I think greens are more important than fruits commercials that boast taking fruits, are all a little overweight.I’m still losing. From 325 to to 150 my goal is 130.

I’m 6-3, 195lbs, 50 years old, work out 4 days a week and I’m in pretty damn good shape. I really do not eat any veggies, I eat fruit, but I'm lacking in the veggie dept. big time. I started taking these a little over a week ago, started taking 4 per day, now I'm up to 8. I take 4 in the morning and 4 at night. I get no burping or any bad tastes with these pills at all. I will stick with 8 pills because I take nature's way orchard fruits and garden veggies (one tab each) at lunch and optimen. All I can say is that I can't believe how much better I feel. It goes to show that not eating enough veggies really was not healthy and although I felt good, these make me feel great. My skin and hair looks better as well so that is a plus as well.
